Non-majors Farm Classes

Want to be part of the action at the Paul L. Byrne Memorial Agricultural Teaching and Research Center? Classes without prerequisites are offered at the Center and are open to non-majors. Two of these classes re PSSC 101 and ANSC 101. Students in Introduction to Plant Science (PSSC 101) grow their own vegetable research plot at the Center and Introduction to Animal Science (ANSC 101) entails work with a wide variety of animals. Both PSSC 101 and ANSC 101 meet the general education requirements of area B2.
