The College hosts a number of annual events for the local and state wide agricultural communities.  See the Calendar for current event dates.

Fall
Opportunity Day A great day for prospective students to visit and explore the educational opportunities in the College of Agriculture. Full Details
Fall Festival Students, families, and alumni join us for our annual celebration at the University Farm. The festivities begin in the afternoon with farm tours followed by wine, beer, and cheese tasting. The highlight of the evening is the dinner program honoring our scholarship donors and Hall of Honor inductee. For more information contact Leslie Santos at (530) 898-6343.

Judging Camp The camp is designed to assist your youth in excelling in livestock judging.  The focus on the camp will be to enhance evaluation skills, interpreting and applying performance data, and improve reasons.
Jackpot Show Junior livestock exhibitors from across California attend this annual event to showcase their projects.
Spring Tours Come enjoy a half day program that will get all of your questions answered about attending the College of Ag. Enjoy tours of campus, the ATRC, and even the Ag Theme house. Applicants and their families are welcome.
FFA Field Day A state wide career development event in areas such as livestock judging, agricultural mechanics, and soils judging for FFA students.  The event is co-sponsored by Butte College.
Superior Ag/Wittmeier
Golf Tournament
The Superior Ag/Wittmeier Ford Golf Classic, started in 1996 by a group of alumni interested in the future of the College of Agriculture, is the College's largest fundraising event.  One hundred eighty golfers compete annually for prizes and notoriety, while raising more than $40,000 for student scholarships and program activities in the process.  The tournament has raised nearly half a million dollars for the College of Agriculture since its inception.
