Support Organizations

The College of Agriculture is fortunate to have nurtured and developed a strong relationship with two support groups, Superior Ag and the College of Agriculture Advisory Council. Both groups are made up of alumni, industry representatives, and friends interested in improving the College of Agriculture.

Superior Ag was formed in the early 1990s to advocate on behalf of the College and to raise funds to support our program. Superior Ag has annually provided the College of Agriculture with funds to support scholarships, enhance outreach, and provide funding for student research.

The College of Agriculture Advisory Council was formed in the late 1990s with the primary mission of providing the college with recommendations concerning program development. The Advisory Council has been invaluable in assisting with our five-year program review and with updating the curriculum in all of our program areas.
