The College of Agriculture has a long history of commitment to helping K-12 students see the opportunities that come from a college education. We host a variety of field days that are focused primarily on high school aged students. These field days provide those young people with an opportunity to interact with our faculty, staff and students. For many of these high school students, this exposure to university level programs is the motivation they need to pursue a university education.
Coupled with our student outreach effort we have worked hard to help ensure we have the scholarship resources necessary to help students pursue their education regardless of economic status. Our ability to provide scholarships helps to ensure students are able to complete their education.
